We sell individual cuts of meat at our farm as listed below. Also, you may schedule a quarter, half or whole beef order from us to be processed at a local locker. Quarters of beef are from a split side which means you will get cuts from both the front and back quarters of beef. These types of orders are priced at $650 per quarter, $1250 per half or $2400 per whole beef which is for the price of the beef only. You are responsible for paying your custom locker processing fees when you pick up your meat from the locker. (Those fees are approximately $240/quarter, $475/half depending on the up charge items you select.) Our beef are usually around 1200 lbs. live weight when taken to the locker. You can expect to take home approximately 120 pounds of meat per quarter. Our beef is dry aged up to 10 to 14 days! (New pricing updated 2/1/23.)

- Bone out cuts which includes Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Rib eye steaks,Top Sirloin steaks, Cube Steaks or Round steaks, Rump Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Arm Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Stew meat and Ground beef.
