We sell individual cuts of meat at our farm as listed below.
You may schedule a quarter, half or whole beef order from us to be processed at a local locker. Quarters of beef are from a split side which means you will get cuts from both the front and back quarters of beef.
PRICING FOR COST OF BEEF ONLY AS OF 9/1/24 is based on the Live Weight at time of delivery to the locker.

You are responsible for paying your custom locker processing fees when you pick up your meat from the locker. These fees are based on the Hanging weight plus any additional fees for certain selections. (approximately $240/quarter, $475/half depending on the up charge items you select) You can expect to take home approximately 110 pounds (+/-) of meat per quarter. The beef is dry aged up to 10 to 14 days! (New pricing updated 7/11/24.)
- Bone in cuts which includes Porterhouse steak, T-bone steaks, Rib steaks, Sirloin steaks, Cube steaks or Round steaks, Rump Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Arm Roasts, Chuck Roasts, stew meat and ground beef.
- Bone out cuts which includes Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Rib eye steaks ,Top Sirloin steaks, Cube Steaks or Round steaks, Rump Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Arm Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Stew meat and Ground beef.
